At the Cambria Clearwater Beach Rentals each of our five bedrooms is furnished with queen beds, plus 3 twin beds in the small loft, for kids ages 6 and up. Just north of Pier 60, our 5-bedroom bungalow, features privacy and convenience as the holiday villa beach cottage is ideally located for you to explore the shops and restaurants in Clearwater Beach Fla.

With all the comforts of home this Clearwater beach rental cottage has 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft. The Florida beach house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa. All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment that was made into two bedrooms and one bathroom. The property has room for up to 3 cars. The property comes with a PRIVATE pool and hot tub. Full cable included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top prevent little ones from wandering outside. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach.

The spectacular location of the holiday villa beach cottage is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts. Tampa International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater airports are equally convenient - just a 35 minute drive from either airport. Tampa Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute drive. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and professional baseball spring training central location. The Pier 60 area is the best part of Clearwater Beach with a giant new covered playground, live music, and a daily sunset festival - all free and not to be missed. All of our vacation villas are in great family locations with plenty of inexpensive unique activities to do for all ages.

Being a first family gathering for many years we needed a villa with adequate space and a perfect location. This property fits the bill as it slept 17 of us and is right on the beach. There was plenty of space at meal times and the new decking area was ideal to lounge around on.
The whole team were great dealing with any queries that I had during our vacation, giving us prompt responses and solving all our problems.

We came down with 9 people to attend a conference and rented this nice beach-house. Everything was hunky-dory. It is a bit down the road from all the touristy action, but I guess that could be considered a feature. Our conference hotel was on Sand Key, so we had to drive anyway to get there.

I must admit that our experience started out a little rocky but Alan came to the rescue and fixed everything right away. This is a great house for it's location to the beach and the fact that it has a pool. Our whole family enjoyed everything; even how well the kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and even baking dishes.We had a blast and would definitely go back again.

This was our 3rd rental in Clearwater Beach and clearly the best location. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough to still be quiet. The new pool area was very nice, when the hot tub is working it will be wonderful. The landscaping and lighting is very pretty. I was not expecting it all to be new so that was a nice surprise. Our stay at the Cambria house was great! We had a house full of adults and children and everyone had enough room to sleep and play. The location to the beach was great. There was an issue with the pool deck which was taken care of within 24 hours. The pool was maintained twice while we were there. Great for kids and adults.

We had a great time at the Cambria Beach House. Just what we needed before heading back north for the summer. All in all the house was in good shape. It does need some love on the exterior - a new deck would be great and pruning of the plantings is definitely needed. The house is fully equipped and the location couldn't be beat for the money. The location was perfect for our group of Mothers and Daughters on a spring break senior trip. The beach is just steps from the door and quiet enough for the Mothers while the daughters could find plenty of excitement just a little farther down the beach. Great restaurants and plenty of night time activity in easy walking distance. The city of Clearwater does a great job of embracing spring break crowds while keeping a watchful eye and preventing things from getting out of control.

The Cambria house was the perfect place for a family vacation. Safe for the children and close to the beach. The pool and hottub were a bonus and the rental manager Alan was very helpful when we had problems with the air conditioner in the back rooms. I would recommend a second unit for the back rooms and a grill that worked better, but the vacation was awesome and we will come again.

We had a great time at the Cambria House. It was perfect for 6 adults and 6 children on our Easter break from the cold weather in Illinois. The location was perfect. We like the quiet north end. The photos on your web site are exactly as pictured. The kids and I went to beach everyday and such a short walk. I liked that it was a private street. The weather was a bit windy and chilly, so we used the hot tub a lot what a blessing that was. We cooked and grilled every night it was just a great set up for a large group. Alan was a great help during our stay. I would highly recommend the Cambria Beach House for your next vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Cambria House. The closeness to the beach was a real plus - we took many walks. We loved the house. The one disappointment was the lack of furniture in the front bedroom. We had no place to put anything - a dresser would have been nice. The kitchen ewquipment could use more sharp knives and a cutting board. Overall we had a great week and when we weren't at Busch Gardens, Sea World or swimming with the manatees, we were enjoying the house, pool and beach.
