The house accommodate our large group and the area is really nice. Very family oriented beach. Pool and hot tub was nice and having it to our group and our group only was really nice. I kind of thought the pics on the internet made the house seem a bit nicer than it actually was. It was still a nice place. The location was a little off from the main beach side but everything in Clearwater beach is within walking distance. There is 2 really nice beach restraints within a 5 minute walking distance. I will most definitely consider this place as a vacation sometime in the future. It nice and we had a blast and its only a 90 minute drive from Disney or sea world. Just don't set your standards to high. We rented it and split it between 4 couples and for the price we paid you couldn't beat it. We went the last week of April. It stormed the weekend before we arrived and was a little chilly and extremely windy but it warmed up and wise nice the remainder of our stay.

This was our 2nd time back and we plan on being back again. The location is great but our favorite part of this experience is being together as a family. It's not only my wife and kids that come but my sister, brother-in-law, nephew, parents and my aunt from FL (dad's sister). Instead of being in separate hotel rooms at night we can all gather by the pool, in the house or out front (love the new landscaping) and enjoy each other’s company. To me that is what vacation is all about...reconnecting because our everyday lives are busy. That is what staying here is to me...yes, it's a VERY nice location and house but to me it's almost like being home because we are all together. As always thank you...I wish you could have seen my dad around his older sister, he seemed to revert back to being a young, idolizing boy. Didn't leave her side...couldn't do that in a hotel!

spacious for our family of 11. had essential baby items that were needed! very cute, prettiest house on the street. stayed in January and had a few problems with the heat, and hot tub, but the property manager was very prompt in sending a maintainace man out. after the heat was repaired in the house, the one bedroom, stayed cold. there was a space heater i found in closet in the separate room, i gave it to my daughter to use in the babies' room. then that room (separate room) was a little cold still. but overall, a very nice place!

The home's location was great for the beach, restaurants, shopping, and for just walking around.

It would help you to show pictures of how pretty the beaches are and clean. They are very well maintained.

The only downfall to us was the kitchen needs knives, can opener, and some bigger bowls for mixing and serving.

We would do it all over again! The family didn't want to leave.

Aside from the construction next door, and the rocks outside the pool (my 1 year old kept falling over them) It was a great stay and I would most definitely go back! We had the pleasure of staying here for our family vacation. It was a great place to stay when traveling with young children. There were 3 families there, 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 babies. We could walk to the beach, great parks for kids, and some of us even walked to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (which was a great place to go to!). We were able to eat pretty cheaply since we had all breakfasts at the house, packed lunches for our outings and cooked a few dinners as well as going out a few times. The house had everything we needed including baby equipment. Our only complaint was when we emailed to inquire about what specific type of baby equipment was available, we were told there was a pack 'n play and a highchair.....when in fact there were 3 pack 'n plays, 2 highchairs, a stroller, a swing and a baby monitor, plus lots of beach toys! The phone didn't work and the internet was pretty unreliable, but after we called the property manager, this was very quickly fixed. We had never done a vacation home type holiday before, but would certainly do it again and we would be happy to book with BeachHouseFL.
Our family met at Bay Esplanade in January. The weather was a little cool, but the pool and hot tub were awesome!! So even though we did not get to play in the ocean, the kids loved the warm pool!! Location was great and beds were very comfortable

We rented this house for a family to stay for our sons graduation from USF. At the most we had 11 people at one time staying in the house without feeling cramped for space. The house was clean and the towels and linens smelled freshly washed. We were able to arrive a day early and do the grocery shopping with all the extras we needed. Items they recommend to buy was needed and the list was good. Having a washer and dryer helped to go home with clean clothes and we were able to keep up with clean towels all week. I would only recommend a couple of things for upkeep. The shower curtains should be washed and/or replace because they has a small amount of mold due to Floridas high humidity. The seperate bedroom and bath should have some towel racks intalled to hang towels. Also a couple of mixing bowls would be nice. Other then that the place was great and we would recommend this to anyone with a large group. The Pool was clean, but is not heated. The hot tub was used everyday since we had cold weather.

I would like to thank everyone who helped make our stay a great time.

Bay Esplanade offered us a wonderful vacation - the house and pool were amazing. The only drawback for us was that the back yard was river rock instead of grass - wasn't much fun for the feet of my toddler. Otherwise it was perfect!

The house was very clean. Pool and hotub were great and convenient. Furnishings were fine and the beds very comfortable. The house was 5 bedrooms but lacked any storage for groceries. The refrigerator/freezer was fixed after we reported it not freezing/cooling. These should be routinely checked .
After getting through the rough spots we enjoyed our stay.

My family 14 people 16 years to 77 years really liked the location, was close to everything we wanted to do. Had great fun in the pool and hot tub. Was gret for family time. Not noisy very relaxing. staying in a house like that saved us a considerable amount of money for meals, and cooking when you are a group and taking turns did not seem like work, the dishwasher got a workout, no dishpan hands...washer and dryer are really nice to have. we would do it again.

My entire family decided to vacation together,, something we haven't done since we were children. I never got into the vacation scene with the family(to much of a headache), and now we are all grown with spouses and children. I questioned my decision to do so, but what the heck you only live once. We arrived at our 5 bedroom Bay Esplanade house, and upon entry we began a wonderful vacation. The house was very nice,exceptionally clean and spacious. It was to chilly for swimming in my opinion, but the hot tub was just wonderful in the cool evening hours. I had dreaded the matress test.. but it was really nice, actually the day bed was the most comfortable,, go figure. We had a wonderful time (all 14 of us). Plenty of room, not one time did I feel crowded. Hopefully we can make this a yearly trip, and we would not hesitate to rent this house again.. Many tears were shed when we left to return from our beautiful shared home to our individual homes in Indiana.. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience.

There were 13 of us ranging in age from 2 to 65. The house was in a great location off the main street and a short walk to the beach, park, shops. The home was well equipped for all family members including baby monitor, wagon, stroller, beach chairs, dishes, cooking utensils. The home is clean. The weather was cool and the pool heater was not working properly, so we didn't swim, but the hot tub was nice. The water in the hot tub could be drained a little more often so it would be cleaner. All in all a great property that I would recommend for families.

We had a fabulous stay at Bay Esplanade. Everything was in order when we arrived and very clean. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We will return there on future trips. The porch was large enough to accomodate our rained out beach wedding which worked out fabulously. I could not have asked for a better vacation everyone in our wedding party had a great time. The location was perfect just steps to the beautiful beaches but quiet and away from any traffric--perfect for the kids all requested items were there--and some even toys for them to play with. I would recommend this rental to anyone with small children. You guys were fabulous thanks for making my destination wedding perfect!!!!

We had a great time in a great house. Only recommendation is for them to figure out how to better air condition the 5th bedroom. Other then that every thing was perfect for us. Lots and lots of room

A great place for a family vacation!

Our family met at Bay Esplanade in January. The weather was a little cool, but the pool and hot tub were awesome!! So even though we did not get to play in the ocean, the kids loved the warm pool!! Location was great and beds were very comfortable

We loved the house. We took a 4 generation vacation and this house was perfect for us. A great time was had by all. We loved that we where on the "quiet side" of the beach/walk was a bit farther than 1 1/2 blocks but totally do-able. Will be back!

The property was contained with a cute fence in front and dense foliage for privacy in the back. We all It was also nice having 3 bathrooms for everybody. It was 3 blocks from the beach which was walkable for the fleet of foot but close enough so
