Located in Indian Rocks Beach, a charming coastal town just minutes south of Clearwater Beach, Mermaid Luxury beach rental offers 4,000 SF of pure comfort in a Key West style setting. See the incredible, uncrowded beach off the large patio balconies on the second and third floors. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Mermaid is custom built, with three floors of idyllic spatial setting.

With an elevator that is large for our special needs guests and ability to sleep 11 comfortably and up to 13 total, this gorgeous and large home is everything you want. The heart of the luxury beach rental home includes a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas cooking island and breakfast bar. One of the nicest Clearwater Beach rentals you can find and also one of the largest. This incredible property is one of our high end rentals and books up early. We do have last minute special price cuts on cancellations. Please check our official calendar on this site for real time availability and to hold the house online. Online bookings do get preference and there is no obligation to holding any of our houses online. Lowest prices in Sept., Jan., Oct., and Nov. The private top floor master suite has its own beach-side balcony, built in media center, refrigerator and coffee bar. The first floor offers complete privacy with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and separate master suite.

We picked this property based on the previous reviews. I had to admit that this is a beautiful place on the beach. Alan was very helpful during the reservation process and checkin and out. We had a minor problem with the water flow in the bathrooms but as soon as we called Alan, it was taken care of in an hour. I highly recommend this place.

"Everything (the house and experience) was perfect. Nothing could have been done to make it better than what it was and we were very satisfied. I already have recommended to friends and family. Most importantly we did not have to contact anyone from the company during our stay as they had already done their job. Overall the Mermaid experiance was wonderful. We would definitely come back here. Great location. Seven adults and everyone had their own space. Property Manager, Alan, was very accomodating. The only minor issue we had was that there were not enough cleaning supplies. No Windex to clean the glass dining room table, only 2 dishwasher tablets for the entire week and a minimal supply of trash bags. Other than that we had absolutely no complaints.

We traveled with 8 adults, a toddler and a baby and this place was perfect for our needs. It's spacious and we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked so eating in was easy. We loved how close it was to the beach and it was an easy ride to Brighthouse stadium.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and functional. They had an ample supply of beach toys, towels and chairs. Staff very helpful. I'd only add more hand towels, kitchen towels and wash cloths. Overall great vacay!

Luxury villa that was spacious enough for two families with children, with great entertainment/cooking space, covered dual porches and views of the ocean, and only a few steps from the beach. We loved it!
