We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. We had 10 people, including an infant and had plenty of room. The pool was very nice and so close to the beach.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The weather was great, and the house is within walking distance to everything you need at the beach. The owner met us at the house when we arrived, and gave us all the details needed. The pool was clean, warm, and we spent a lot of time in it. We will be back!

The house was Great! Right on the bay, walking distance to shops and beach. Dolphins swimming right in the bay close up to the fence. Enough room for the whole family. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we got there the rental person was there, showed us around. Would definitely stay there again. Great location

Overall it was great. The only drawback was being unable to use the dock. Other than that there were no problems. The house was clean, and large enough for my family. The kids loved the pool. The distance to the beach was perfect.

Great spot for us, the pool was perfect for our grandkids. Great layout--plenty of room for everyone. Also, location terrific--easy walk to the beach. Was nice being on the canal, as well, with water to look at. Nice big kitchen! Thanks!

My family and 2 of my sisters and their families enjoyed this home very much. There was a total of 11 of us. The youngest was 15. We had a blast. Had a great time in the pool. It was a scorching hot week so the pool was great. We did the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon and evening. The home was lovely. We will return if we can.

This is a gorgeous space on a channel with a beautiful pool and so close to the beach. Valerie is a gracious host and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it

My family loved staying at Casa Del Sol. Very spacious close to everything within walking or biking distance. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and spending time in the hot tub or pool. If only the weather cooperated a bit more I would have come home with a golden tan! The property management team and owner were promptly responsive to any requests or issues and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol. We were in Clearwater Beach for our son’s wedding. The house was a perfect place for family and friends to gather. I loved the open concept and that it is pet friendly. My mother uses a walker, everything being on one floor was perfect for her also. A great place!

This house was fabulous! We had 9 of our senior softball players in the house and it was quite roomy. There were enough beds for everyone! The location is great, we walked to a few of the bars on the beach, only a few blocks. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold and nasty to enjoy the hot tub and pool. We tend to do a lot of cooking when we travel and needed a few more items in the kitchen, Valerie was spot on and brought everything we needed. The grill was great, washer and dryer are super nice front loaders, lots of sitting area to socialize in the living room. We had an absolute blast even though the weather was so bad. Valerie provided enough dish soap, dishwasher pods, and washing machine pods to cover the 5 days we were there. Overall it was a great vacation/softball tourney. Thank you!!!

Overall the rental house and its location were excellent. We did order pool heat but only the spa reached a warm temperature. We were disappointed that the swimming pool could not be used.

Traffic was not too heavy and we were able to get around easily. The house was great for our family group. The pool people and gardener were friendly and efficient. Valerie was informative and helpful. Great stay overall.

The property was just as advertised. Very walkable location, clean, pool and hot tube were great. The management staff did a great job of communicating and making sure we were all taken care of.

The Casa Del Sol house was great. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It was located really close to the beach and restaurants and shops. My only complaint would be the uncomfortable beds. They were hard, lumpy and very noisy to lay on. I read a review that complained about the beds, but I was hoping that management had bought new ones. When you spend 1/2 of your vacation sleeping, the mattress is so important. Please buy new mattresses, and this home would be a 5 star!!

There are 10 of us in our group , and all enjoyed the house . Very spacious rooms and kitchen area. Pool and hot tub were a nice perk to have in addition to being close to the beach.The house could use a little TLC and we were a little put off by the fact that the only trash bags supplied were the ones in the trash cans on arrival.I knew from previous reviewers that toilet tissue was provided as one roll per bathroom , we planned ahead for that. However with a house of this caliber one would expect a little more than that and furnish a least a reasonable amount of household supplies based on the length of stay.
Overall we enjoyed the property and would recommend to friends and perhaps rent it ourselves again.

Beautiful home in a great location. Very spacious and accommodating for a large gathering. Highly recommend this home for your beach stay.

The house was very spacious and pet friendly. My family and dogs loved the house and the location. We were in the pool and could see the water. The beach is a short walk across the street. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful.
Valerie was terrific getting us settled in. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything and more! Great for our large party of 3 adults and 6 children. Easy to keep up and plenty of space to spread out. HE Washer and Dryer were a godsend when it came to keeping up with towels and swim suits being cleaned daily. simple walk to the beach where parking ranged from $15 to $25 a day. A new Publix just opened up on the Beach side just off of the Memorial Causeway. (Coming from the Beach, Take MC to first light Island Way and turn left heading North. 1 1/2 blks. on left). Outdoor grill could use new gas burners and splash guards. Amazingly quite neighborhood being so close to the Beach. Great fishing right off the pier when using the right bate. Everyone had an awesome time!The neighbors are very nice and acceptable of renters just remember to keep it down and you are good to go!

We had a great time. The location of this house is great, walking distance to everything. Pool was great, and the dock was a great place to sun as well.

We stayed here for 12 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub but was surprised we had to pay extra for the heating of pool and hot tub. If I had any complaints it would be lack of cooking pots. We like to cook our own meals. Would definitely book here again. Thank you

Me and my family stayed there for a few days, We really enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious, clean and got all that we need for a family of 11.

we where a group of 12 celebrating our mother and several birthdays...the house was perfect for a large group we enjoyed dinners together everyone was comfortable we especially loved the pool area... it was enjoyed by everyone... the beach was only a few minutes away and all that Clearwater beach had to offer was not far. the house was spotless and Valerie was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with!! we will come back to Casa Del Sol for sure!!

We stayed at Casa Del Sol during our annual summer vacation to Clearwater Beach and it was perfect for our family! My husband and I visited with our two sons (4.5 and 15 months) and the house had everything we could possibly need/want and was very safe for our little one. The only baby-proofing that we did during our stay was moving the living room furniture in around the coffee table to avoid him hitting his head on the corners. The pool was fantastic and we loved that it had a fenced in yard for the kids to play. Such a nice neighborhood and so close to everything! We have talked about making sure we can stay here every year!

It was in the perfect location right on the water and a block from the beach. Worked very well with our kids they loved it!

On our family girls get-away, there were 11 of us from age 18 to 85. We were celebrating a big birthday and checking off a couple of bucket list items. With everything on one floor, the Casa Del Sol house was perfect for us. The large central area allowed everyone to gather, the pool was nice, and the view on the water was beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach allowed people to come and go without having to pay for parking. Early morning walks and evening sunsets are a must!

The location was great! It was a short walk to the beach, and in a great neighborhood. The pool was big and the younger kids even used the hot tub as their own "baby pool". The house had a boat dock for anyone that enjoyed fishing, and could have a boat docked if needed. The house could use a little updating, and the sliding doors were a little hard to open. Overall a great experience!

Our family of 5 stayed at Casa Del Sol in May for a week for our 25th wedding beach renewal ceremony.. We loved our stay! The house is huge & even nicer than the pictures. The neighborhood is beautiful. The pool & hot tub were great. The beach is only 2 blocks away. The restaurants & places to stock up on drinks and other supplies are all close by. We even drove to Disney & Universal. We will definitely stay at Casa Del Sol again when we come back to Clearwater!

THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE AT RENTING A HOUSE FOR A VACATION AND I MUST SAY OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED! THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH BEACHHOUSE FL AND THE OWNER VALERIE WAS FABULOUS! WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN FOR FUTURE VACATIONS AND WOULD LOVE TO RENT CASA DEL SOL AGAIN. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL, THE DOCK WAS WONDERFUL FOR FISHING, THE POOL W/HOT TUB.....ALL FANTASTIC....FELT LIKE WE WERE IN PARADISE! PERFECT FOR A LARGE GROUP.

This house was in the perfect spot to start and end each day. A 5 minute walk to the beach, surrounded by beautiful homes, with a great pool for the kids to end the worked perfect!

We loved the property. The house was big and the two main baths were really large. Lots of room in the kitchen for everyone to cook at the same time! There were some issues but these were taken care of promptly by the owner who was there 2-3 times during our two month stay to take care of the issues. We really enjoyed getting to know him. Only a short walk to the beach and we rather enjoyed not being right on the beach as it was very busy and a lot of construction going on. Property was very clean and was easy for us to keep clean also...loved the dark tiled floors.

The space and location of this rental property was perfect for our family of 5. The house is very clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were minutes from the beach--2 blocks. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. The pool was probably our favorite part! After a long day at the beach or other activities the kids would jump in the pool for more fun or to cool off. They probably swam in the pool three different times per day. The house also had a few pool toys such as noodles, rafts, and other items that other guests had left which we definitely used. Sand toys were also available even though we brought our own. The floor was really slick when wet so we had to be a little careful--all of us slipped at one point throughout our week stay. My only small complaint is that I wish there were some spices left for us to use. It gets expensive to buy all of that and then leave it. All in all, great trip!! We will use this place again if we head to Clearwater!!

Casa Del Sol was in close proximity to the beach, yet it felt secluded while we enjoyed the pool or spying dolphins from the dock. The sliding door handles were worn and heavy to pull, but all in all we were pleased with the ease of function in the home. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and get away from the daily grind for a week!

Everything was awesome!! The house was perfect and very clean...enough room to spread out; pool, Hot tub, decking out by the water...The owner was there right away if a problem arose..
We will definately be back
